SolidGigs
$35/month or $350 billed annually after a 14-day free trial.
Best fit when repeated external opportunity discovery is the bottleneck and you want a focused feed before pitching at the original source.
There is no universal winner. SolidGigs is the more focused paid option when your bottleneck is repeatedly finding external freelance opportunities. LinkedIn is the lower-cost starting point when you can use a free Service Page, professional network and basic search to attract or identify prospects. Premium Business is an optional paid LinkedIn layer—not the price of using LinkedIn itself.
AlreadyChecked Verdict
SolidGigs is the focused paid lead-curation choice. LinkedIn free/basic plus a Service Page is the lower-cost starting point for network, visibility and self-directed prospecting. Premium Business is an optional enhancement only after LinkedIn has already proved useful.

Do not reduce this to $35 vs $69.99. LinkedIn has a meaningful $0 Service Page/basic-account path. The real decision is whether you want focused external lead curation, self-directed network/search prospecting, or optional paid LinkedIn enhancements.

Best fit when professional visibility, network activity, basic search and inbound service requests can support client acquisition without another paid subscription.

Optional paid enhancement for users who have already validated LinkedIn as a useful acquisition channel and can justify extra search/Service Page features.
SolidGigs positions Get Leads as a discovery layer. It says its team and AI search multiple sources for freelance opportunities and sends users to the original source to pitch. That can reduce the number of places a freelancer checks manually, but it does not turn SolidGigs into the client, employer or payment platform for those third-party opportunities.
Current pricing is $35/month or $350 billed annually after a 14-day free trial. The annual plan is displayed as a $29/month equivalent; the reviewed annual billing commitment is $350.
LinkedIn Service Pages are free dedicated landing pages for freelancers and small businesses offering services. LinkedIn says any member can create a Service Page, market a brand and build an audience for free. Potential clients can contact providers, and the Services workflow uses requests and proposals.
Basic/free LinkedIn search also supports people, jobs, companies, posts and more, although free accounts have search-result and filter limits. That makes LinkedIn a legitimate zero-subscription starting point for freelancers willing to do more of their own positioning, networking and prospecting.
LinkedIn says clients and service providers can message on LinkedIn, then finalize the terms of any agreement outside LinkedIn. It also says submitting a proposal starts a conversation and does not guarantee a contract.
That distinction matters: a Service Page can help discovery and communication, but the documentation reviewed here does not support treating it as an integrated escrow or payment-protection system for the resulting engagement.
LinkedIn Premium Business currently starts at US$69.99/month/license or US$539.88/year/license. LinkedIn describes those figures as estimates and notes that taxes, promotions and localized pricing can affect the amount shown.
Eligible Premium Business, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite subscribers may be able to enable additional Service Page requests where the feature is available. LinkedIn explicitly states that enabling this setting does not guarantee additional service requests, and availability is gradual.
So Premium Business is not a required toll for using LinkedIn to find freelance clients. It is an optional paid layer whose value depends on whether LinkedIn already works well enough for your acquisition process to justify paying for more capability.
You spend too much time repeatedly checking external freelance sources and would rather pay for a more focused opportunity-discovery workflow.
You can invest more effort in professional visibility, direct search, networking and a free Service Page instead of paying for a dedicated lead-curation subscription.
You have already established that LinkedIn generates useful conversations or opportunities for you and the optional paid features justify their additional cost.
Commercial boundary: This page compares acquisition workflows; it is not the monetized destination. Qualified SolidGigs readers are handed internally to the governed SolidGigs review, and affiliate economics did not influence the comparison.
