The research happens before we tell you what to buy.
AlreadyChecked is a library of pre-researched purchase decisions. We focus on problems where we can make a useful commercial recommendation, then check the facts needed to make that recommendation responsibly.
1. Find a real buying decision
We start with a specific problem people are trying to solve. The question needs a clear purchase intent and a practical definition of what a good fit looks like.
2. Identify qualified partner options
Because AlreadyChecked is affiliate-funded, we prioritize legitimate partners we can refer customers to. We can also review non-partner alternatives when they are necessary to understand whether the partner still makes sense.
3. Check the facts that could change the sale
Depending on the decision, that can include current price, billing cadence, trial terms, refund or cancellation rules, required features, restrictions, device or usage limits, security or compliance documentation, and other material conditions.
4. Separate a merchant claim from a verified fact
Company marketing tells us what the provider says. Terms, documentation, current checkout surfaces, independent evidence and recurring customer-feedback patterns can add context or expose an important qualification.
5. Decide whether the partner actually fits
If the product solves the target problem well enough, we can recommend it and make the purchase path obvious. If it does not, an affiliate relationship alone is not enough to justify calling it our pick.
6. Put the answer first
The buyer should see the recommendation before the research essay. We lead with the product, why it fits, the key limitation and the purchase button. Detailed evidence stays available underneath for readers who want to inspect the work.
7. Recheck material facts
Prices, plans, offers and policies change. Published recommendations should be updated when a change is large enough to affect the decision or the purchase path.
The operating model: customer problem → qualified partner → fact check → clear recommendation → disclosed affiliate handoff.
