Choose Semrush when…
Broader SEO research, daily monitoring, Site Audit and AI-search visibility are central.
Neither is a universal winner. Semrush is the stronger first choice when broader SEO research, daily rank monitoring, Site Audit and AI-search visibility are central. LowFruits is the stronger focused choice when long-tail and low-competition keyword discovery, SERP weakness analysis and flexible PAYG/subscription economics are central.
AlreadyChecked Verdict
Semrush is the broader platform. LowFruits is a focused keyword/SERP workflow with subscription and PAYG options. Compare the job and unit model rather than the cheapest displayed monthly number.

LowFruits subscriptions provide unlimited keyword searches, while SERP extraction costs 1 credit per analyzed keyword. PAYG users receive 3 free KWFinder searches every 7 days before additional searches consume credits. A tracked keyword, KWFinder search, credit and SERP analysis are different units.
LowFruits subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. PAYG credits expire one year after purchase. When a user holds both balances, LowFruits says subscription credits are consumed before PAYG credits.
LowFruits focuses on Google-Autocomplete-based long-tail discovery, top-10 Google SERP extraction, weak-site and forum/UGC signals, intent-mismatch analysis and clustering. Current material says the majority of pre-calculated SERP scores are for U.S. English SERPs, which should not be generalized to uniform global coverage.
Current LowFruits terms describe an initial-account refund path when fewer than 100 credits have been used and timing conditions are met. Renewals are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the current prepaid period.
The current pricing page shows the $25 PAYG pack at 2,000 credits. An older LowFruits article says $25 for 1,000 keywords. AlreadyChecked uses the current buyer-facing price/quantity and keeps the old text as stale/conflicting context.
Current first-party affiliate surfaces disagree on cookie duration: one states 180 days and another states 30 days. AlreadyChecked does not pick one as settled and public program availability does not prove project approval or tracking custody.
Broader SEO research, daily monitoring, Site Audit and AI-search visibility are central.
Focused long-tail / low-competition discovery, SERP weakness analysis and flexible PAYG-versus-subscription economics are central.
Your research is intermittent enough that a recurring subscription would waste monthly credits.
Prices, credit quantities, tracked-keyword counts, search allowances and SERP-score coverage are operating constraints—not proof that one vendor has universally better SEO data or outcomes.
Trust boundary: LowFruits publicly advertises an affiliate program, but AlreadyChecked does not have a project-controlled LowFruits affiliate destination active for this page.
This is not an A✓/CHECKED verification record or approval badge, and source readiness is not proof of production deployment.
