SolidGigs fits freelancers who want broader external opportunities and downstream independence. Flexiple fits talent who prefer managed role matching and recruiting support, provided they verify whether the specific engagement uses payroll or the separate Freelancer Service Contract structure.
| Choice | Best for | Current cost | Biggest advantage | Important limitation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Independent discovery SolidGigs | Freelancers who want broad external opportunity curation and prefer to manage pitching, contracts and payments themselves. | $35/month or $350/year after a 14-day free trial. | Predictable fixed-cost discovery across multiple sources. | No leads, clients, roles or earnings are guaranteed; downstream client relationships remain outside SolidGigs. |
| Managed matching Flexiple | Talent who want relevant-role matching plus a dedicated recruiting contact and more engagement administration. | Current talent-facing material says talent pays no fees and no commission from earnings. Company-side pricing is separate and is not treated as a talent deduction. | More support through matching, interviews, offer/joining and role administration. | Flexiple describes more than one engagement structure; payroll language is not universal, Freelancer Service Contract payment depends on records/Consumer approval, and no-fee wording does not prove 100% of every client-facing dollar. |

Critical engagement boundary: Flexiple's current India talent page says contract roles are typically onboarded onto Flexiple's full-time payroll with payslips, PF and statutory benefits. Flexiple's current Terms separately describe Freelancer/Consumer Service Contracts where Freelancers are not Flexiple employees. These are different structures, not one universal employment rule.

Access: talent shares a resume and Flexiple says it reaches out when a relevant role fits, with a dedicated point of contact through interviews, offer and joining.
Model: managed role matching/recruiting support with engagement administration that can vary by role and structure.
Flexiple's current talent page describes an India-focused model in which contract roles are typically onboarded onto Flexiple's full-time payroll, with payslips, PF and statutory benefits while the person works day to day with the client's team.
Flexiple's current Terms separately define a Freelancer/Consumer Service Contract structure. Under that structure, the Terms say the Freelancer is not a Flexiple employee and controls projects, work method, schedule and pricing. We therefore do not describe every Flexiple role as payroll employment, and we do not describe every Flexiple role as independent contracting.
Current Flexiple talent and FAQ pages say talent pays no fees and no commission from earnings. That is a useful current provider statement about the talent-facing offering. It does not prove talent receives 100% of every client-facing invoice or fully loaded price.
Current company pricing includes full-time hiring success fees of 8.33%–12% of annual CTC and quoted fully-loaded pricing for contract talent. Those are company-side commercial terms; we do not turn them into talent-side deductions without evidence.
For the separate Freelancer Service Contract structure, Flexiple's current Terms say payment release occurs after Consumer approval of the relevant records. The Terms also say Flexiple may withhold payment processing if required records are not kept timely and accurately.
The same Terms say Flexiple does not guarantee Freelancers a regular salary or minimum regular payment under that structure. We therefore do not publish one universal payout cadence or unconditional payment promise across all Flexiple engagement types.
Flexiple's current Terms include non-circumvention rules requiring payments arising from Flexiple-originated relationships to remain through Flexiple unless another arrangement is agreed. We do not recommend bypassing those rules.
You work across broad freelance categories, already manage client relationships independently and want external opportunity discovery for a fixed recurring subscription.
You prefer Flexiple to surface relevant roles and support the recruiting process, with the understanding that payroll and Freelancer Service Contract structures must be evaluated separately for the specific engagement.
AlreadyChecked verdict: No universal winner. SolidGigs fits fixed-cost external opportunity discovery and downstream independence; Flexiple fits talent who prefer managed role matching and more engagement administration, with payroll and Freelancer Service Contract structures kept separate.
