Can two people share one FlexJobs account?

No. FlexJobs’ current Terms explicitly say: “You may not share your Account or password with anyone.”

Trust boundary: This is manually researched Terms/account-use guidance, not individualized legal advice, not an A✓/CHECKED verification record and not an A✓/CHECKED approval badge. AlreadyChecked has no proven FlexJobs production affiliate destination, so this page contains no direct merchant affiliate link.

AlreadyChecked Verdict

Use separate access for separate people; the current Terms explicitly prohibit sharing an account or password.

The checked Terms do not publish a spouse, partner, friend, household, family or same-device exception. If a second person needs job-seeker access, use separate access or ask FlexJobs support whether a specific authorized arrangement exists before sharing credentials.

Best for you if… more than one person wants to use FlexJobs and you need to know whether splitting one subscription or sharing credentials is permitted under the current public Terms.

The key rule: FlexJobs describes job-seeker resources as personal, individual, non-commercial use and separately prohibits sharing an Account or password with anyone.

Can you share with a spouse, partner, friend, or family member?

The reviewed current Terms, FAQ, and pricing material do not establish a family, household, spouse, partner, friend, or same-device exception to the explicit account/password rule.

That means living together or splitting the cost does not create a published exception in the material we checked.

What should a second person do if they want FlexJobs access?

The safest current path is separate job-seeker access for the second person, or contacting FlexJobs support to ask whether a specific authorized arrangement exists.

Do not assume an exception exists until FlexJobs confirms one under its current Terms.

What about sharing job listings or other FlexJobs content?

The Terms also say job seekers agree not to share, sell, distribute, or disclose FlexJobs content—including job listings—to a third party or another website.

That content rule is separate from the account/password rule. AlreadyChecked is not stretching it into a claim that every incidental conversation about a job or every independently public job link is prohibited. The decisive account-sharing answer is based on the explicit credential rule.

Who is responsible for activity on the account?

The Terms say the registered user is responsible for all activities that occur under the Account. They also instruct users to notify FlexJobs immediately about unauthorized password use or another security breach.

FlexJobs also reserves rights to suspend or terminate accounts for violations/misuse and may require password changes.

Credential safety

AlreadyChecked will never ask for your FlexJobs password, login link, one-time code, recovery code, or other authentication secret. If you are dealing with unauthorized access, use FlexJobs’ official support channel.

Verdict: Do not share a FlexJobs Account or password. The current Terms expressly prohibit it, and the reviewed public material does not establish a family/household exception. Use separate access for another job seeker or ask FlexJobs support whether a specific authorized arrangement exists.
